Does the room image use the actual selections?

It is not a verified rendering of the final selected finishes. The earlier images illustrate a design direction. The project records confirm the stone product, but do not establish exact flooring or baseboard matches in the renderings.

The product-label photo and project notebook identify Rock Ridge River Canyon Natural Marble Ledger Panel, 8 × 24 in., SKU 101022556. The earlier concept stone should not be used to judge the selected panels’ exact pattern, color or scale.
Flooring Exact product match unverified
Earlier room photos show a dark wood-look floor. No confirmed replacement-floor product or selection label was identified in the reviewed project photos and records. The rendering’s warm wood appearance does not verify a brand, color, plank width or finish.
Baseboards Profile and finish unverified
The September 17 homeowner meeting recap lists matching or choosing the base-molding profile as an open item. The white trim in the rendering does not confirm the selected profile, height, thickness or paint finish.

Reviewed: selected-stone label photo, project notebook, room and construction photographs, and the homeowner meeting recap. A final finish rendering needs the confirmed flooring sample/product and baseboard profile alongside the selected stone reference.

Finish and edge strategy

The quality of the returns will matter as much as the selected stone. Small rough veneer should remain on the broad face, while transitions use cleaner materials.

Gas-fireplace requirements control

The visual concept is not a clearance detail. The appliance model and installation manual must determine permissible facing overlap, mantel elevation, hearth requirements and service access.

Field verification checklist

  • Photograph the rating plate and confirm fireplace manufacturer and model.
  • Retrieve the exact installation manual and its mantel-clearance diagram.
  • Confirm permitted facing thickness and overlap at the black frame.
  • Preserve glass removal, louvers, convection gaps and lower service access.
  • Keep the gas shutoff valve permanently accessible.
  • Confirm whether a hearth or noncombustible floor extension is required.
  • Verify mantel material heat rating; do not assume resin-based quartz is acceptable.
  • Anchor the mantel to structural framing or concealed steel—not to veneer.
  • Measure clear walking space before approving the projecting hearth.

    Field-measure the firebox frame, height, windows, ceiling intersection and walking clearance. Record verified values in the project hub.

  3. Select materials

    Review the selected River Canyon panels; confirm the custom mantel, firebox returns, corners and optional hearth.

  4. Produce shop detail

    Show finished planes, substrate build-up, blocking, brackets, joints and accessible utilities.
